The problem we walked into.
A doctor writes a prescription between two patients, so anything that slows that moment slows the whole clinic. Most practice software is built for a hospital billing department, not for a chamber where the doctor is also the receptionist and a pharmacist next door is waiting on a legible script.
How we framed it.
The prescription had to beat paper on speed or nothing else would get used. The shorthand a doctor already writes by hand expands into a complete dosage table, and templates cover the cases they see every day. Appointments, chambers and billing were then built around that moment rather than interrupting it.
What we shipped.
A prescription tool a doctor can drive at consultation speed, wrapped in appointment booking, chamber scheduling, patient records and billing — with a public booking page for each practice on its own domain, and a drug reference covering every generic on the market.
- Prescriptions written in familiar shorthand that expands into a full dosage table
- Appointment booking confirmed by SMS code, across multiple chambers
- A public booking page for every practice, on its own domain
- Patient records, follow-ups and billing kept together
- A searchable drug reference covering every generic available locally
