The problem we walked into.
Three surfaces — Laravel API, Nuxt SSR storefront, and a Flutter mobile app — all needing feature parity for chat, voice messaging, and social posting. Dealer RBAC had to dual-guard against API and admin paths, and the rollout had to be staged behind feature flags with full observability.
How we framed it.
A pnpm monorepo with shared design tokens (Style Dictionary fan-out to CSS, Flutter, and JSON), Laravel Echo for real-time chat, Spatie permissions with dual-guard policies, and OAuth-gated social posting with caption templating and webhook reconciliation. Prometheus metrics across every surface.
What we shipped.
GA unified chat with per-thread voice messaging and metadata extraction. Social auto-posting to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok with provider-specific OAuth and moderation. Dealer invites with idempotent token generation. Runtime feature flags for staged rollouts and dealer/seller analytics dashboards on top.
